About the Role:
The Golf Attendant serves as the first point of contact for golfers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes assisting customers with purchases, collecting greens fees, coordinating group bookings and special events, maintaining the Pro Shop’s appearance, and supporting the overall operations of the golf course. What You'll Do:
Customer Service:
● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
● Answer questions about the course, greens fees, and events.
Sales and Inventory:
● Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
● Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
● Conduct inventory checks and report stock levels to the manager.
Pro Shop Maintenance:
● Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming.
● Ensure promotional materials and signage are up-to-date. Course Operations Support:
● Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operations of tournaments or events.
● Assist with rental equipment check-outs and returns.
● Maintain knowledge of the course layout, rules, and current conditions to inform guests.

● Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job
● High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
● Knowledge of golf, including equipment and etiquette, is strongly preferred.
● Experience with event coordination or group booking management is a plus.
Work Environment:
● This role requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds.
● Weekend, holiday, and early/late hours may be required based on the course's schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
This role is based on a part-time schedule with a starting pay rate of $22.00 per hour.
